1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph357 ("ph357", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at ph357.club, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, sports betting, slot games, fishing arcade games, bingo, and e-sabong coverage (collectively, the "Services").

ph357 operates within the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework applicable to online gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account or accessing the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with ph357's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use ph357's Services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on ph357.club.
• "Balance" means the real-money PHP funds held in a Player's ph357 account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by ph357 subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "GCash" means the electronic money service operated by G-Xchange, Inc., a subsidiary of Globe Telecom.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game or market offered on the ph357 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required prior to certain account functions including large withdrawals.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ph357. This age limit is set in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for all licensed online gaming in the Philippines. ph357 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. If it is determined that a Player is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all Wagers placed will be voided, and any deposits will be returned less any amounts paid out during the period of underage use.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ph357's Services are primarily directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing ph357 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. ph357 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your ph357 account. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change. ph357 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where false registration information is discovered.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ph357 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, GCash numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Account Rules

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph357 login credentials. ph357 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must not share your password with any third party. ph357 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

ph357 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ph357 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the ph357 Cashier page. ph357 does not charge deposit fees; however, Players should confirm whether their e-wallet or bank provider charges a transfer fee.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified ph357 accounts are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal or upon reaching applicable threshold amounts. ph357 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing withdrawals, particularly where account activity presents AML indicators.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

ph357 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account, except upon successful completion of enhanced KYC verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed during scheduled system maintenance, which ph357 will endeavor to communicate in advance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ph357 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. General bonus rules applicable to all ph357 promotions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated expiry window or they will be forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any Bonus Balance or winnings derived from Bonus Balance may be withdrawn.
• ph357 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably determines that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation, or in breach of the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, device, and IP address unless ph357 expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific offer.
• ph357 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on ph357 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, fishing arcade, or the sports betting sportsbook — are final once confirmed. ph357 will not reverse Wagers due to Player error (including incorrect selection or stake entry) except where a manifest technical error on ph357's part can be demonstrated.

ph357 reserves the right to void Wagers in circumstances including but not limited to: technical failure affecting the integrity of a game outcome; demonstrable software error; events where the outcome is already known at the time of bet placement; or where match-fixing or corruption is subsequently established by a governing sports body.

Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all games and are specified within each game interface. ph357 may impose additional restrictions on individual accounts at its discretion where abnormal or potentially fraudulent betting patterns are detected.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph357 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place Wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or incorrect odds without immediately reporting them to ph357 support.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using ph357 for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's payment method without authorization.
• Any conduct that ph357 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ph357 staff or other Players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ph357.club — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, audio, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ph357 or its licensed third-party game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph357 content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

ph357 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ph357.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, and service improvement purposes. ph357 does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

11. Responsible Gaming

ph357 is committed to the promotion of safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. ph357 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player.
• Session Time Limits: Automated session reminders and hard cut-offs after a Player-defined session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30-day, 90-day, 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion that immediately locks the Player's account and prevents re-registration for the exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A 24-hour or 7-day account pause where deposits are blocked but the Player may still withdraw their balance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph357's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim. ph357 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses, including loss of winnings that would have been earned had a technical error not occurred. ph357 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the ph357 Services that cannot be resolved through ph357's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Players with complaints are requested to contact ph357 support in the first instance. ph357 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

14. Amendments

ph357 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on their account or via a prominent notice on ph357.club no less than 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the Services and may request account closure.
